Organic Strisselspalt Hops:

Strisselspalt organic hops are a French aromatic variety traditionally produced in Alsace.

The delicate aromas and low alpha acid content of Strisselspalt hops make them ideal for late boil additions, whirlpool, and dry hopping. They bring to the beer gentle and pleasant notes of flowers, lemon, spices, a hint of blackcurrant, and a light herbal touch.

They are often used for Saison, Pilsner, and Bière de Garde styles.
