Mosaic Yakima Chief Hops:

Developed by the Hop Breeding Company, Mosaic hops have been an IPA star since their creation in 2012.

Yakima Chief Hops' Mosaic® (formerly HBC 369) contains a high alpha acid content. It features a unique and complex aroma profile that pairs wonderfully with a multitude of beer styles.

It is the result of a cross between Simcoe® YCR 14 and a Nugget-derived male.

Mosaic® is named in honor of the artistic assortment of aromas and flavors it is capable of presenting. It offers a beautiful bouquet of tropical, resinous, citrus, herbal, earthy, and floral notes.

Its composition makes it, like Citra and Centennial, ideal for use in late boil, whirlpool, and primary fermentation dry hopping.
