Idaho 7 - 1kg Yakima Chief Hops:
Idaho 7 is an aromatic hop from the United States. Developed by Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, ID, it was first released in 2015.
The Idaho 7 - 1kg hops from Yakima Chief Hops is known for its juicy tropical fruit and citrus flavors (apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya), complemented by distinct resinous pine notes, as well as a floral and black tea touch.
Although it blends particularly well in all IPA styles, Idaho 7 is a very versatile hop.
Its composition means it will express its full potential at the end of the boil, whirlpool, and dry hop (in primary fermentation).
The 1kg format is perfect for the brewing room sizes of brewpubs.
