Amarillo hops can be used as bittering hops as well as aromatic hops.

It is a full-bodied variety, known for its delicious orange citrus flavor.

Often used in Ales, particularly IPAs, Amarillo is highly acidic, making it a perfect choice for ESBs too. The ideal variety for Dry Hopping
