Ekuanot Hops 1kg Yakima Chief Hops:
Developed by the Hop Breeding Company and launched in 2014, Ekuanot® from Yakima Chief Hops is characterized by its pronounced aroma and extremely high oil content.
Its astonishing flavor profile features notes of melon, papaya, lime, apple, green pepper, bubble-gum, and eucalyptus.
Ekuanot emerges from the ground in spring with a vibrant yellow color and gradually matures to a deep green shade by the autumn harvest.
Its composition makes it fully express its potential at the end of the boil, in Whirlpool, and during Dry Hop (in primary fermentation).
The 1kg format is ideal for the brewing room dimensions of Brewpubs.
