Mosaic Yakima Chief Hops:

Developed by the Hop Breeding Company, Mosaic hops have become an IPA star since their launch in 2012.

The Mosaic® 1kg from Yakima Chief Hops (formerly HBC 369) boasts a high alpha acid content. It offers a unique and complex aromatic profile that pairs perfectly with many beer styles.

It is the result of a cross between Simcoe® YCR 14 and a Nugget-derived male.

Mosaic® gets its name from the artistic assortment of aromas and flavors it can produce. It reveals a beautiful tropical, resinous, citrus, herbal, earthy, and floral bouquet.

Thanks to its composition, Mosaic®, like Citra and Centennial, is ideal for use at the end of the boil, in Whirlpool, and in Dry Hop (primary fermentation).

The 1kg format is perfect for the brewing room sizes of brewpubs.
