The Brewtools B50 brewing system is designed as a truly versatile tool for demanding brewers. It combines indirect heating with a 10° conical bottom, a double wall for cooling, and an integrated whirlpool to maximize efficiency and speed up cooling. The whole setup also makes cleaning easier.

The system’s 8" touchscreen can be repositioned or used externally as needed. Wort flow control is handled by the FCS Brew Pump via the front‑mounted CleanCore 3‑way sanitary valve. The combined level and temperature sensor ensures safety by automatically shutting off the pump and heating when the level is too low.

The side TC ports allow additional inlets or outlets to be added, such as a sparge water connection or external cooling. The B50 can also be expanded with a stackable external mash tun for high‑gravity batches or to improve efficiency compared to the integrated malt pipe.

The system comes with its malt pipe, an articulated steam hat, a laser‑cut filter, a CleanCore 3‑way valve, silicone hoses for drainage and recirculation, as well as the necessary assembly accessories. A temperature sensor for the malt pipe is also included.

Rolling Beers Tips

• Two‑stage cooling: the integrated double wall allows glycol cooling from 50 °C. From 100 °C to 50 °C, use a counterflow chiller; then, if equipped with glycol, drop from 50 °C to fermentation temperature in minutes thanks to the double wall.
• Ensure you have power cables suitable for your region (not included).
• TC ports allow easy addition of external cooling or a sparge water inlet.
• For very dense mashes, the stackable external mash tun significantly improves efficiency.
