Willamette Organic Hops:
Willamette Organic hops are an aromatic variety originating from the United States. Developed in Oregon in 1967 by hybridizing the English Fuggles variety with its tetraploid form, it was introduced in 1971.
This version is passionately cultivated in Lot-et-Garonne and Vienne.
Inspired by the Willamette Valley in Oregon, this hop has found an ideal climate in the French terroirs to develop floral and herbal aromas with a subtle fruity touch.
Willamette Organic hops are ideal for late boil additions, whirlpool, or dry hopping. They are commonly used in English and American-style beers such as ales, pale ales, brown ales, and porters.
Available here in 5 kg pellet format. It is one of the most appreciated hops in the history of American craft brewing.
