Yakima Chief Hops' Talus® offers powerful aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus rinds, dried roses, pine resin, tropical fruits, and sage. These unique and impactful aromas persist throughout the brewing process and into your glass.

The composition of Talus makes it very versatile, fitting well into Whirlpool, primary Dry Hop, and/or secondary Dry Hop. Additionally, this hop has a high beta acid content, ensuring exceptional flavor and bitterness retention in the beer.
