Sabro® hops from Yakima Chief Hops (formerly HBC 438) is one of the latest releases from the Hop Breeding Company.

Sabro is an aroma hop notable for the complexity of its fruity and citrus flavors. Its profile presents beautiful flavors of coconut, tropical fruits, tangerine, stone fruits, and secondary notes of cedar and mint. It is the result of a unique cross-pollination of a female neomexicanus hop.

Sabro hops prove to be strongly expressive, translating its flavor incredibly well into beer.

The composition of Sabro makes it very versatile, fitting well into Whirlpool, primary Dry Hop, and/or secondary Dry Hop.
