Ekuanot Yakima Chief Hops:

Developed by the Hop Breeding Company and launched in 2014, Yakima Chief Hops' Ekuanot® (formerly HBC 366) is distinguished by pronounced aromatic characteristics and an extremely high oil content.

Its amazing aroma profile features notes of melon, papaya, lime, apple, green pepper, bubblegum, and eucalyptus.

This variety emerges from the ground in the spring with a vibrant yellow color and gradually matures to a deep green hue by the fall harvest.

Its composition makes it express its full potential in late boil, whirlpool, and primary fermentation dry hopping.
