Yakima Chief Hops' El Dorado hops offer a smooth and balanced bitterness. When used in Whirlpool or dry hop (in secondary fermentation), El Dorado hops bring lively flavors and aromas of tropical fruits, pear, watermelon, candy, and stone fruits.
