Hersbrucker Spät Hop:

The Hersbrucker, a historic German variety, originates from the Hersbrucker Alb mountains in Franconia. Today, a significant area is dedicated to its cultivation in the Spalt and Hallertau regions.

This hop delivers excellent results in lagers, whether lightly hopped or more intensely flavored.

Under good growing conditions, Hersbrucker can impart more floral and fruity notes to beer compared to other noble varieties.

Its high Beta acid percentage also ensures better durability of bitterness and hop aromas in beer.

The 1kg format is ideal for brewpubs and small microbreweries.
