SAFLAGER S-189
Coming directly from the Swiss brewery Hürlimann, S-189 is everything you are looking for in a Lager yeast. Neutral and quite flexible on temperature (from 9°C to 15°C).
Depending on the fermentation conditions, it can develop floral and herbaceous notes. It is often used for lager and pils beers.

- Attenuation: 80-84%

- Fermentation temperature: 9 - 15°C (ideal = 12°C)
