Developed by the Hop Breeding Company and commercially released in 2025, Dolcita™ (formerly HBC 1019) is renowned for its very expressive peach character.

This hop stands out with its rich aromas of tropical fruits, stone fruits, and sweet notes. It also offers nuances of pineapple, coconut, caramel cream, and orange.

It features an incredibly complex profile, suitable for a wide variety of recipes and styles. Its essential oil profile makes it ideal for whirlpool and primary‑fermentation dry hopping.

Originally crossed in 2016 by the Hop Breeding Company, Dolcita HBC 1019 underwent a nine‑year evaluation process before being commercialized in 2025.
