Amarillo hops are among the top 10 aromatic varieties used by craft brewers. It can be used for both bittering and aromatic purposes.

It is a full-bodied variety, known for its delicious orange citrus flavor.

Often used in ales, particularly IPAs, Amarillo is ideal for dry hopping!

The Cryo version should be dosed at half the strength of its "standard" pellet version.
