Cryo Hops® POP™ Original Blend - Yakima Chief 1kg

Cryo Pop Blend is a mix of various Cryo hops naturally loaded with beer-soluble compounds that survive the harsh brewing processes, including heat, fermentation, and CO2 off-gassing during the “tumultuous” phase. All while maximizing the expression of fruity aromas.

This results in a tropical aroma explosion while allowing the use of less dry hop, thereby reducing oxidation risks.

By maximizing concentrations of the most impactful and complementary hop compounds, Yakima Chief Hops offers us a unique and incredibly powerful hop that creates a real 'POP' of aroma in beer. It delivers massive aromas of pineapple, peach, and citrus.

Cryo Pop Blend reaches its full potential at the end of the boil, in Whirlpool, and during Dry Hop in primary fermentation. It’s also a small biotransformation bomb.
