BarthHaas® SPECTRUM – ECLIPSE® 1kg

SPECTRUM is an innovative and high-performance liquid hop extract. No oxidation, no Hop Creep, no beer loss, and excellent storage convenience.

Fully soluble, it accurately reproduces the aromatic profiles characteristic of its original hop variety.

Made from 100% hops, without solvents or artificial additives, it is a reliable alternative to T90 pellets:

- 1kg of Spectrum equals 5 to 8kg of pellets.

Free from vegetal matter, Spectrum leaves no solid residue in the fermenter — which greatly reduces cleaning tasks.

Its formula guarantees excellent aroma stability: glycosidic fractions from the hops are fully retained, enabling biotransformation reactions expected during dry hopping.

Its ideal application is during Dry Hop, in the secondary fermentation phase.
