Citra Yakima Chief Hops:

Citra has been a best seller for over 15 years now. In fact, it is in the top 10 most used varieties worldwide.

Developed by Hop Breeding Company and released in 2007, Yakima Chief Hops' Citra® (formerly HBC 394) features high alpha acid and total oil content with a low percentage of co-humulone.

It is described as providing distinct citrus and tropical fruit flavors.

Like Centennial or Mosaic, Citra hops will express their full potential in late boil, whirlpool, and primary fermentation dry hopping.
