The Sabro® 1kg hops from Yakima Chief Hops (formerly HBC 438) is a new release from the Hop Breeding Company.

Sabro is an aromatic variety known for the complexity of its fruity and citrusy flavors.

Its profile offers delightful flavors of coconut, tropical fruits, mandarin, stone fruits, and secondary notes of cedar and mint. It is the result of a unique cross-pollination of a female neomexicanus hop.

Sabro hops prove to be very intense, imparting their flavor incredibly well to beer.

The composition of Sabro makes it highly versatile, integrating very well in Whirlpool, primary Dry Hop, and/or secondary Dry Hop.

The 1kg format is perfect for the brewing room sizes of brewpubs.
