Pacifica Hops:

The Pacifica hops is an aromatic variety originating from New Zealand. It was created by HortResearch and is mainly known for its aromatic properties inherited from its noble ancestry. It is the result of an open cross with the German hop Hallertau Mittelfrüher.

The Pacifica hops brings moderate bitterness and aromas of citrus, orange zest, marmalade, freshly cut hay, and honey with sweet herbaceous and floral notes. It is preferably used in late boiling, whirlpool, and dry hopping.

It is often used for beer styles such as Pale Ale, Kölsch, Altbier, and Belgian Ale.
