Idaho 7 is an aromatic hop from the United States. Developed by Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, ID, it was first released in 2015.

The Idaho 7 - 5kg from Yakima Chief Hops is known for its juicy tropical fruit and citrus flavors (apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya), complemented by bold resinous pine notes, along with hints of floral and black tea.

Although it pairs especially well with all IPA styles, Idaho 7 is a very versatile hop.

Its composition allows it to reach its full potential when used in late boil additions, whirlpool, and dry hop (during primary fermentation).
