Mandarina Bavaria Hops:

The Mandarina Bavaria hop, of German origin, is an aromatic hop that was developed in 2012 by the Hüll Hop Research Institute. It results from the crossing between the Cascade (US) hop, the Hallertau Blanc and the Hüll Melon.

The Mandarina Bavaria hop stands out for its light bitterness and fruity, citrusy, floral and slightly spicy aromas. In Dry Hop, it mainly releases soft notes of mandarin and lemon.

It is commonly used for American-style beers, such as IPAs, pale ales and wheat ales. It can also adapt to Belgian-style beers, such as saisons, blondes and triples.
