The Styrian Dragon hops is an aromatic hop developed by the Slovenian Institute for Hop Research and Brewing in Žalec. It is a cross between a European Golding and an American hop. Its profile includes floral, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, berry, rose, and tropical fruit aromas.

The Styrian Dragon hops is generally used for late boil additions, flame out and dry hopping. It is very versatile and fits very well in beers with a high hop content, especially modern IPAs.
