Huell Melon Hops:

The Huell Melon hops is an aromatic variety originating from Germany. It was created in 2012 by the Hüll Hop Research Institute. It is the result of a cross between the Cascade (US) hops and a male from Hüll.

The Huell Melon hops is generally used for late boil additions, in Whirlpool or even in Dry Hop. It has a pleasantly soft and fruity character similar to winter melon with notes of strawberries.

It is often used for Belgian style beers, Hefeweizen, and IPA.
