ICAS sampling device for oxygen meter

The ICAS Sampler is a professional device designed to collect beverage samples directly from glass bottles without any exposure to ambient air. It ensures a perfectly airtight sampling process, essential for measuring dissolved oxygen with an oxygen meter or analysing foam stability.

The container is placed on the lifting platform and pressed against the rubber seal using the lever. The protected drilling system then allows a stainless‑steel needle to be inserted down to the bottom of the container. A valve enables the injection of a neutral gas (CO₂ or N₂), creating slight overpressure that pushes the beverage directly into the connected measuring instrument, without contamination from external oxygen.

When complemented with a piston‑pump needle, a digital thermometer and a nomogram, it can also be used to determine the CO₂ content of the beverage.
