The portable OXI oxygen meter is a professional instrument designed to measure dissolved oxygen in beer, beverages and wine, both in production (cylindroconical tanks, pressure tanks, kegs) and in the laboratory. This high‑precision version, equipped with a 0–2000 ppb optical sensor, offers an exceptional 1‑ppb resolution, ideal for trace O₂ detection.
The optical sensor is not influenced by any other dissolved gas, and measurement is independent of flow rate. The device includes a Data Logger function for continuous O₂ monitoring, as well as a Bluetooth interface for display and calibration via the ArcAir app.
Why choose this product?
- 0–2000 ppb range with 1‑ppb accuracy: ideal for trace O₂ detection
- Highly sensitive optical sensor, independent of flow and other dissolved gases
- Bluetooth + Data Logger for continuous monitoring and smartphone calibration

Rolling Beers Tips
- Use only polyether polyurethane tubing: silicone allows O₂ ingress.
- Check for CO₂ bubbles on the chamber window before taking a reading.
- Perform a zero‑point calibration every six months to maintain accuracy.
- Use CO₂ or N₂ grade 5.0 (99.999% purity) to avoid contamination.
Technical FAQ
- Can O₂ be measured in bottles or cans? Yes, with the ICAS sampler (not included).
- Does the measurement depend on flow rate? No, the optical sensor is flow‑independent.
- How is the device calibrated? Via Bluetooth using the ArcAir app.
