Pressure Fermentation
With the increasing popularity of pressure fermentation, it is essential to have an efficient way to regulate and control residual pressure from the fermentation process. The BlowTie has been specifically designed for this purpose.

Pressure Transfers
When transferring between kegs, from keg to bottle, or fermenter to keg, it is often useful to maintain head pressure in the keg, especially if the beverage is carbonated. The BlowTie allows you to regulate this pressure consistently, ensuring uniform results and no loss of carbonation.

Instructions

Use the yellow knob to adjust the released pressure.

- Turn clockwise to increase the pressure.

- Turn counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.

We recommend pressurizing a keg to a known pressure, e.g., 15 psi, then attaching your BlowTie kit to the keg and setting the pressure to 10 psi.

Note: The connectors are semi-permanent and not easily removable. For a fully detachable system, we recommend using hoses with an internal diameter of 4mm or 5mm.

If beer accidentally enters the device, you can easily disassemble it for cleaning.
