The GMA analog carbonation tester is a professional device designed to measure the CO₂ content of carbonated beverages in cylindroconical tanks, conditioning tanks or kegs. It provides accurate readings in g/L and volumes, essential for controlling carbonation during production.

The GMA connects to the sampling tap. Flow can be adjusted using the screw valve to avoid foam formation. Once the chamber is filled, the operator briefly releases pressure, actuates the piston three times, then reads pressure and temperature.

Why choose this product?

  • Fast and reproducible CO₂ release thanks to the piston
  • Robust, repairable device with spare parts available
  • Excellent value for small‑scale production

Rolling Beers Tips

  • Use the screw valve to adjust flow and avoid foam during sampling.
  • Operate the piston consistently to ensure uniform CO₂ release.
  • Stabilize pressure perfectly before reading to improve accuracy.

Technical FAQ

  • What is the difference between GMAS, GMA and GMD? GMA and GMAS are analog, but the GMA uses a fast, reproducible piston. GMD calculates CO₂ automatically.
  • Is the GMA suitable for small breweries? Yes, it is designed for small‑scale production needing a reliable and economical device.
  • Do I need to shake the device? No, the piston replaces manual agitation.
