Amber Malt Powder Extract
Amber powdered malt extract comes from a base malt impregnation process. For an all-grain equivalent, it's as if the recipe for this extract included at least 5% Munich or Vienna malt. It provides a more pronounced malty depth than blond powdered malt extract.
Amber powdered malt extract can be used up to 100%. This packaging saves a significant amount of time, since the starch has already been converted into sugar. Simply mix with your volume of water, bring to the boil and add your hops !
Malt extract / Malt equivalent : 1 kg of powdered malt extract is equivalent to 1.6 kg of malt.
