Wheat malt extract powder
Wheat malt extract powder is made from a blend of wheat malt (mainly) and barley malt. Ideal for white or saison beer recipes, where it can be used 100% as is! It brings a refreshing dryness, a good wheat taste and a rustic touch.
This extract saves time, as the starch has already been converted into sugar. Simply mix with water, bring to the boil and add the hops. You can even add spices at the end of the boil to enhance the result.
