WLP645 Brettanomyces Claussenii
Discover the sublime fruity character of this strain with a subtle Brett profile.
WLP645 is a well-known strain among beer enthusiasts as it is used during the bottling of the famous Orval beer. Its expression with a discreet leather character and marked by pineapple is clearly felt.
This pronounced fruity side also makes it used (by the boldest) in IPAs with marked tropical aromas.
This strain was isolated from English beers stored in barrels at the beginning of the 20th century.
