Styrian Cardinal is one of the newest Slovenian hop variety bred from European and American germplasm. It gives harmonious and typical fruity and citrus flavour.

It presents aroma of apple, pineapple, tropical fruits, strawberry, anise.

Some popular beer styles that make use of the Styrian Cardinal hop include Barley Wine, IPA & Pale Ale.
