Strisselspalt Hops:

The Strisselspalt hop is a French aromatic variety. It is traditionally produced in Alsace.

The delicate aromas and low alpha acid rate of the Strisselspalt hop make it ideal to use at the end of boiling, Whirlpool and Dry hop. It will bring to the beer delicate and pleasant notes of flowers, lemon, spices, a hint of blackcurrant and a slight herbal touch.

It is often used for beers of the Saison, Pilsner or Bière de Garde type.
