The Brewtools B180 brewing system 3‑ph 400 V is a high‑performance brewing system designed for advanced brewers, microbreweries and pilot units. It combines large capacity, advanced control technology and remarkable ease of use.

Indirect heating with a 10° conical bottom and the integrated double cooling jacket provide precise thermal control and easy cleaning. The included whirlpool optimises efficiency and speeds up cooling.

The 8" touchscreen can be mounted on the kettle or used remotely. Wort flow is managed by the FCS Brew Pump and controlled via the CleanCore 3‑way sanitary valve. A combined level and temperature sensor automatically shuts off the pump and heating in case of low liquid level.

The malt basket is equipped with a tilting system to facilitate spent grain removal. Side TC ports allow additional inlets or outlets to be added, such as sparge water supply or external cooling.

The B180 comes with its malt basket, articulated steam hat, laser‑cut filter, CleanCore valve, silicone hoses for drainage and recirculation, as well as all necessary assembly accessories. A temperature sensor for the malt basket is also included.
