Mash Tun extension for Brewtools B180 – 65 kg

The Brewtools B180 mash tun is designed to transform your B180 system into a two‑vessel setup. It significantly increases malt capacity and eliminates the need for a crane to handle the main kettle’s malt basket.

The vessel is equipped with a grain door and chute to make spent grain removal easier. It includes an integrated FCS Brew Pump automatically controlled by an upper level sensor, ensuring safe wort circulation.

Like the main B180 kettle, it uses a CleanCore 3‑way bottom valve for optimal sanitary flow management. Wort is recirculated through the central tube, ensuring uniform extraction.

The vessel is delivered with its lid, laser‑cut filter, FCS pump, CleanCore valve, level sensor, thermowell, elbow, gaskets, tri‑clamps and all necessary assembly accessories.
