The Benchy Sparkling is an ideal solution for setting up a sparkling water system. No ice required: simply plug in the unit, fill it with glycol, connect the mains water supply, and enjoy fresh and sparkling water instantly.

Advantages

Full Adjustability: Adjustable temperature with an integrated digital controller (from 0.5°C to 10°C) and customizable carbonation levels (from 0.5 volumes to over 5 volumes for ultra-bubbly water).

Cooling Performance: Refrigeration capacity of 20 to 30 liters of sparkling water per hour. By pre-chilling the incoming water using a tank stored in a refrigerator or a G40 chiller, the production capacity can be doubled.

5 Steps for Use

1. Plug the device into a power outlet.

2. Fill the internal water tank.

3. Connect the mains water supply.

4. Connect the CO2 cylinder.

5. Serve fresh sparkling water in less than an hour.

It is recommended to follow the instructions in the manual for optimal setup.
