Brew our “Ale Creaminal” recipe: Cream Ale
Ale Creaminal is designed as the modern Cream Ale of our winter collection: a clear, crisp and clean beer, where the low‑temperature fermentation (15°C) perfectly highlights the tropical aromas of Rakau hops. Its light and crunchy texture delivers remarkable drinkability, true to the spirit of pre‑Prohibition American Cream Ales.
Result: an expressive, bright and ultra‑drinkable Cream Ale, ideal for fans of light yet aromatic beers.
2026 Variant: Choose our new version and try the Breton liquid yeast “Lovures – Boudig Ar Breser”. One pack replaces the two US‑05 sachets, as the profile is similar. The fermentation process remains unchanged!
*The pack includes the malt, hops and yeast required to brew the recipe, for a 20‑liter batch.
