A very volatile bittering hop, it loses its charm if put in too much.

Chinook hops are a classic for American-style Pale Ales and IPAs, but can also be found in seasonal ales, Barley Wine and some porters and stouts.

The variety features a spicy, pine-like bouquet with robust grapefruit flavors.
