Named after the Washington State festival, Centennial is an aroma-type cultivar developed from the USDA hop breeding program at Washington State University in 1974 and released in 1990.

Centennial is a well blended aroma hop. Very balanced hop, sometimes called a super Cascade. Good in all US Ale styles, has been used with US Wheat beers.

This variety gives your beer a spicy, floral aroma with very delicate citrus notes.
