Amarillo hops can be used as a bittering hop as well as an aromatic hop.

It is a full-bodied variety, known for having a delicious orange citrus flavor.

Often used in Ales and especially in IPAs, Amarillo is very acidic, which also makes it a perfect choice for ESB. The ideal variety for dry hopping
