Description

Phosphoric acid is often used for must acidification.

1L, 25Kg & 32Kg format

Phosphoric acid 75% 1L, 25Kg & 32Kg

This acid can be used to acidify mash or wort, effectively reducing alkalinity.

The phosphates present in phosphoric acid will give your finished beer a neutral but highly refined taste.

Caution:

Calcium and magnesium levels are likely to be precipitated by phosphates, and therefore to be quite reduced ... We recommend adding a little Magnesium Chloride or Calcium Sulfate to compensate.
