Potassium limits yeast flocculation during fermentation.
You can use Potassium Chloride to increase chloride ions without increasing sodium and calcium.
This substance will give your beer a malty-sweet taste.
Note: 1g Potassium Chloride (KCI) /L of water = Potassium levels increase by 524mg/L (ppm) and Chloride levels increase by 476 mg/L (ppm).
Use Potassium Chloride (KCI) to avoid overloading your Neipa with Calcium (Ca) or Sodium (Na) !
