MaltZilla Premium SS: Motor block + diamond rollers

The MaltZilla Premium SS motor block + diamond rollers is the original part at the heart of the MaltZilla mill. It combines a high-torque 24V DC motor with a pair of diamond-impregnated rollers, offering a compact, robust, and ready-to-install assembly.

The integrated motor provides smooth and stable rotation, ideal for achieving a consistent grind without excessive flour. Thanks to its internal gearbox, it maintains optimal speed while preventing overheating.

The block is fully sealed to resist moisture, grain dust, and splashes, making it perfectly suited for a brewing environment.

The rollers are impregnated with diamond particles, an extremely hard-wearing material that maintains its efficiency over time. This surface ensures excellent grain grip and a shearing effect that better preserves the husks, improving filtration and yield. With their 70mm diameter, the rollers offer superior grip and reduce the risk of jamming.

The unit operates on 12 to 30V DC power, allowing the speed to be adjusted as needed. The motor is reversible: reversing the polarity allows the rotation direction to be changed, which is practical for top-mount or under-counter installations.

*Please note, the motor is equipped with an Anderson plug and will require an adapter (not included). If you do not have one, we recommend the Cannular 24V transformer.
