Description
The Criquet malt mills are made in France. They allow for very precise grinding adjustment and have a robust and durable mechanics with a double steel cylinder.
The CMAI 1500 model can crush grain at a rate of 1500kg/h.
Its hopper can hold three bags of malt (i.e., 75kg) and is ideal for a 20 hectolitre brewery.
While the standard grinding range for professionals is between 0.7 and 1.2mm, Criquet crushers allow for a range of 0.5 to 1.5mm with a precision of 0.1mm. This grind can be adjusted using a calibration wheel located on the side of the mill.
The circular outlet of the mill has a diameter of 160mm and includes a band to secure a bag.
Criquet crushers are the choice of nearly 1000 French breweries, as well as Belgian and Italian breweries. All models are guaranteed for 2 years.

Assembling the mill's feet is very simple, you just need to attach them to each side of the crusher with 2 screws (provided) and it will be ready to crush.
