Electric Grain Mill: MaltZilla Diamond Mill

The MaltZilla Diamond Mill is a premium electric grain mill designed to deliver consistent, efficient and long‑lasting milling performance. Its integrated 24 V motor, both powerful and quiet, ensures an optimal rotation speed for a uniform crush, without excess flour and with no effort.

The mill operates on a 12–30 V DC power supply, allowing the speed to be adjusted as needed.

Unlike traditional steel rollers, which can gradually lose their grip over time, the MaltZilla’s rollers are impregnated with diamond particles. This extremely durable surface maintains its effectiveness even when milling harder grains such as wheat or corn. The natural grip of the diamonds ensures smooth grain feeding and a shearing effect that preserves the husks more effectively, improving filtration and overall efficiency.

With its 70 mm rollers—twice the size of many standard mills—the MaltZilla offers better grain intake, a more consistent crush and reduced risk of jams.

The aluminium hopper, with a capacity of 7 kg of grain, is designed to fit the mill perfectly. Its external bolts allow the malt to flow smoothly during milling.

The MaltZilla’s motor is reversible, making it easy to install the mill either above or below a work surface. It can be mounted on a classic board or discreetly integrated under a countertop for a clean and ergonomic brewing setup.
