Ss Brewtech designed its line of double-walled Unitanks by taking the same heavy-duty material thickness, finishes, and glycol-cooling jacket as the Unitanks Pro, then scaling them back to nano-brewery and prototype scale. It was also vital to borrow some of the prized features of the single-wall Unitanks, such as the bottom reinforcing plate between the square legs.

The brand also provided the Zwickel sampling valve, DIN filling spout, thermowell and analog thermometer. Then were added: the carbonation stone and a combination of CIP and raw hopping fittings. And instead of incorporating a complex commercial manhole, the brand opted for the well-known TC standard, as well as their proprietary TC lid cap and gasket system that prevents it from falling unexpectedly into the tank when installing and removing the cap. The double-walled Unitanks line is a perfect balance of professional performance and smaller size.
