The Brew Monk™ Unitank U80 is designed to give you full control over fermentation, including pressure fermentation. With its 80-litre capacity and maximum pressure of 1 Bar (15 PSI), you can ferment and carbonate in a closed system, reducing oxidation and enhancing aroma stability.

The 60° conical bottom allows optimal yeast harvesting, while the large Tri-Clamp 6" lid makes dry hopping and cleaning easy. With multiple TC 1.5" ports, you can connect accessories such as pressure relief valves, sight glasses, or CO₂ harvesting systems.
