Important notes:

It is essential to keep PET fermenters out of direct sunlight, as UV light degrades the material and is not good for beer.

When using the vessel under pressure, we recommend performing a water pressure leak test.

To do this: fill the FermZilla with water, apply at least 15 psi, and check for leaks around the caps and threads.

Some units may show small marks, dents or deformations caused during transport. No worries: these fermenters are designed to withstand such minor deformation. This is intentional so they can resist slight vacuum effects from cold crashing or rough handling during shipping without compromising their integrity.

All small dents will disappear with use and positive pressure, and only require replacement in the rare case where white stress marks or damaged plastic appear.
