The most affordable CIP cleaning system on the market!
You have undoubtedly noticed that brewing equipment is becoming more and more efficient and, paradoxically, more and more affordable.
Since we have expanded our range of automatic tanks and pressurizable/stainless steel fermenters, we have been hearing a lot about the CIP cleaning system.
We have made an observation: This system is the best. There is no safer way to ensure the proper hygiene of your brewing equipment.
However… It requires a certain investment. And a bit of equipment. We are convinced that this system will gain popularity and become more widespread over time, but for now, it can be difficult for the amateur brewer to afford.
That was without counting on our friends at Kegland...

What exactly is the CIP cleaning system?
The Clean-in-Place (CIP) system, or Nettoyage en Place (NEP) in French, is an automated method of cleaning and disinfecting brewing installations. This technique allows for cleaning the surfaces of systems in contact with products without having to disassemble or move the installation.
The little extra? This method is environmentally friendly as it allows for using less water and cleaner.
Using the low-pressure CIP system:
If you are equipped with an automatic tank (Brewmonk, BrewZilla, Grainfather...), then the power of the tank pump is between 6W and 25W.
Fill your tank with 10/15 liters of hot water and a cleaning product like Enzybrew, or a disinfectant like Oxybrew. For optimal results, we actually recommend doing both ;).
Using the provided silicone tube (or a 9x13 mm hose), connect the hose holder of your pump to the CIP cleaning system.
Orient the pump and place the cleaning system either in the brewing tank itself or in your fermenter/sodakeg/oxebar...
Turn the pump on "ON" and let the system run and clean the walls for you.
